Draft comment to the CFTC

Below is a short draft comment I was considering sending to the CFTC. Ultimately, I didn’t, because of problems with the CFTC’s website, because the comment is a bit too nonchalant & demagogic, and because I viewed Solomon Sia and Pratik Chougule’s comment as superior.

I’m don’t want to share it publicly, but I thought I’d put it behind a paywall and share it with the small closed circle of my paying subscribers. I also view this post as more of a curiosity, so I’m choosing not to distract readers in their inboxes, and I’ll instead reference it in the next newsletter.
